When a payment is taken on the GoPayment app, and the Sales Receipt appears in QBO, there is no name in the Customer field. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi there, @carisco.

 

When you import transactions from GoPayment to QBO it will ask you to choose between receive payment or sales receipt which both have the capability to select which customer you want it to record.

 

As of now, we haven't received issues about names that are not showing up on the Customer field. I'd be glad to help check this further, however, I don't have the chance to do it here on the Community page for the security of your account.
