When creating an invoice, the list of services is no longer showing up in the drop down menu. How do I correct this?

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together so that you're able to get the list of services on an invoices in your QuickBooks Online account. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window can help in this case to eliminate any errors or glitches that may be occurring in the system. Here's how depending on the browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I recommend trying a different supported browser.
