Hello. I have already done that and reinstalled app. Pretty sure the problem is with quickbooks. When entering the customer’s name when creating an invoice, there used to be an icon to the right that I could touch and start entering a name- if it was in my phone book already, I could select it and the info would auto populate the customer info. This is no longer possible. So not only do I have add a customer to my phone contacts, I also have to enter all the info again on an invoice- very annoying and not how this app used to work. Pretty sure it is an app glitch.
I have already done that. For the last few months the icon to the right of the customer entry when creating an invoice, has disappeared. Now, even though the customer is already entered into my phone contact list, I have to enter all customer information for new customers when creating an invoice which is double the work. Pretty sure this is an app functionality problem which probably started with the last update. Reinstalling the app does not fix it.
