Let's confirm a browser-related problem by using a private or incognito window. Then, perform basic troubleshooting to fix it. Here's how:
- Launch a default browser, then follow these shortcut keys to open a private or an incognito window:
- Chrome simply press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari, press Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.
2. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
3. Enter bills, and see if the numbers in your chart of account worked.
If it did, go back to the main browser and follow the steps to clear its cache. If it's still an issue, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
