I can see that you’ve already performed the basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Let’s try some new ones so you can assign a customer to the expense transactions.
First, open your QBO account using a web browser. From there, add a customer to the entries.
If you can successfully perform this action, uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean slate. However, the procedure depends on the device you’re using.
