Let's try accessing your QuickBooks account using a private browsing window to ensure there are no outdated files leading to this issue. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts to open a private/incognito browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + N
Once logged in, you can start editing your estimates. If you're able to successfully edit the estimate, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing so will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Also, you can try using other supported browsers.
