When I click the Save and Share Invoice link, the window pops up but there is no link to copy. Tried on Chrome, edge, and IE. Please advise.

When I click the Save and Share Invoice link, the window pops up but there is no link to copy. Tried on Chrome, edge, and IE. Please advise.

If you haven't tried using an incognito or private browser, then let's open this mode since it prevents the browser history from being stored.

 

You can use the shortcut key below:

 

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer or Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Hold down the Command key + Shift + N

Then, go to https://qbo.intuit.com and log in to your account. Then, open the invoice and click the Save and Share Invoice link again.

 

If you see the link, we can go back to your regular browser and clear cache. Clearing the cache helps refresh the browser settings.

 

Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Team to investigate this further.

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
