When I create an estimate for a customer and then "save and send" it to them, if they reply to the email, will QB notify me of the reply?

QuickBooks Online is unable to notify you when your customer replies to the email you sent. When they replied to the estimate sent to them, their response will be sent directly to your email address. The one you have entered in the system.
