When I go to print/preview my invoice it is changing the order of the line items. How do I make them stay chronological?

Let me help you get through this so you can view the lines items on your invoices in chronological order.

 

Technically, the order of the items on the Invoices page should appear the same way when you preview or print the transactions. Let’s perform some steps to get them to show in the right order.

 

First, open an incognito window as this prevents information from being stored in your regular browser. See the steps below:

 

Chrome:
1. Click the Three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click New Incognito Window.

 

Internet Explorer:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Safety.
3. Look for the In Private Browsing option.

 

Mozilla Firefox:
1. Click on the menu icon.
2. Select a New Private Window.

 

Open your invoice again and click the print/preview. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
