When i print my invoice the service date is not printed

I'll help you show the Service Date on your printed invoices, sammymarks727-ms.

The best way to do this is by editing the label of the service date on the invoice template. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find the invoice template you're using, then click Edit.
  4. Choose the Content tab.
  5. Select the middle section of the invoice form.
  6. Click Edit Labels and Widths.
  7. Change the name entered in the Date field to Service Date.
  8. Click Done.

Once making the changes, here's how you can apply this to the invoices:

  1. Click Sales on the left navigation menu.
  2. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Locate the invoice then choose Edit invoice.
  4. Click Customize.
  5. Choose the invoice template that you edited.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you save more time when printing multiple sales forms as a batch instead of one at a time: Print Multiple Sales Forms.
