Let me get the help you need about the printing issue of your customer's invoice. 

 

Are the two (2) pieces of paper showing the same content of the invoice? If yes, the printer may be set up to print 2 copies of the invoice. If no, it's possible that you have too much information that requires a two-page invoice.
