When I set up my sale tax in step 2 , I press NO bottom and then NEXT bottom but it didn't process. why?

When I set up my sale tax in step 2 , I press NO bottom and then NEXT bottom but it didn't process. why?

Once you click the No button, you'd be prompted that your sales tax is all set up. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure that this not browser-related.

 

First, let's access your account using a private browser.

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once accessed, let's verify if your sales tax was set up successfully. If that works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is to refresh your browser and delete the files that are affecting the product performance. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers.

 

Lastly, you can run the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online.
