When I try to securely connect to my bank to upload statements the loading page goes blank. How do I fix this?

Let me help you go over to your account and have your statements uploaded in QuickBooks Online, info1514.

 

Getting blank pages when uploading your statements in QuickBooks is usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Not to worry, you can clear them in just a few easy steps.

 

We can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If it still gives you a blank page, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by accessing your account in a private window.

 

Here's how to open a private window on different browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, upload your statements from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

 

I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Just go to the For Review tab from the Banking menu. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
