What page are you in right now, or what report are you looking at? It could be that there is no selection from the drop-down list that's the reason it isn't working. You can also use a private browser when accessing it. If it get to worked, please clear the browser's cache. It could be a browser-related issue causing QBO not to respond to any commands.
