When my p/r acct was set up she made 2 accts. The acct I used switched and now p/r is shows in both accts and wasn't noticed for a few months. Is there a way to fix this?

In my old program you could click on the payroll check and change the checking account used to a different one. I don't see this in QB.

Hello, lindemannccnd.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so we can verify if this is related to your browser or not.

You can try using a different browser in accessing your QBO account to further isolate the issue. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary problem with QuickBooks Online. As of now, these are our supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Then if you're able to switch account, we can clear your browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser's data. You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash.
