When seeing my lists of all my invoices listed down. how can i add a column for class like i have a column for invoice, customer, date, balance etc..?

There isn’t a way to add other columns in the invoice list window. You can only customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

If this is necessary for your business, you can request this feature to our developers. Just click the Gear icon at the top and select Feedback.
