Since you're unable to receive invites from your company, I'd suggest reaching out to Bill.com customer support. They can provide you steps on how your company can directly invite you as a vendor.

Unfortunately every time I try to connect with bill.com support it links back to intuit qbo.
Good morning, @sabrina-wine-and! Thanks for coming back and updating us. I definitely want you to receive that invite and get set up on your end.
The first thing I would check is your Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes those emails get routed there if the address isn't recognized. Here's an article on some other tips when receiving emails from Intuit: Unable to receive Intuit email.
I'll also include the steps you'll take once you receive the invitation: Send a customized invitation to a vendor. Just scroll down to "Once your vendor accepts the invitation" and it'll walk you through the set up. Please let us know if you're able to retrieve that invitation. All of us here are happy to help!
