You can find your QuickBooks Online (QBO) payroll billing statements (payment history) in the Account and Settings. Please refer to these steps on how:
For more information, consider checking out this article: View your QuickBooks Online payment history.
Please let me know in the comment if you have any other questions or concerns, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Have a wonderful rest of the day!
This doesn't give me payroll statements. I can only get to the statements for QBs Plus. Here are the options I see under the payroll area:
Hello again, @timothymozley. Thanks for keeping us updated.
Allow me to provide some additional information and guide you on how to find the payment history of your subscription.
Here' how:
Additionally, I want you to get the most out of QuickBooks for your business. You can check some articles that are designed to help you get acclimated with the software. They can be accessed at the following link: QuickBooks Tutorials.

We are not on the same page. My views do not correspond to your instructions. There is no Payment and Order Activity link. I am not looking for payments made on my subscription to QBO. I am looking for payments made to the PAYROLL function in QBO. This is two separate things. I can't find any history (short of searching out of my checking ledger) for this information. I am looking for how many employees I was charged for each month. Can you help me find this data without having to back it out of the amounts paid each month? $80 + $4 each for the first 10 + $2.50 for each over 10
Good Afternoon, @timothymozley.
If you're not able to see the information after trying the steps that my colleagues provided, then I recommend looking into your email account. Every time you're charged for a subscription we'll send you detailed information about the charge through the Master Admin's email that's found within your account. This is where you'll be able to see the insight into your payroll subscription. Here's an extra link that may be able to help you along the way:
It's my priority that you're able to review this information for your company. Remember, I'm only a comment away if you need me. Wishing you continued success.
There are certainly ways I can back the information out from other sources. I don't feel it's unreasonable to get statements from the vendor website though.
The view I have is different after clicking on Billing and Subscription from the tutorial you attached. I have 6 rectangular windows that appear with different subscription services available. Two of the 6 are active (Quickbooks Plus and Quickbooks Self Service Payroll). The other 4 windows are for services I don't use.
In the Quickbooks Plus window there is an option to see payment history. This only gives me payment history for the Plus subscription, NOT payroll services.
In the Quickbooks Self Service Payroll window the only options available are "Cancel Subscription" and "See billing terms". There is no link to history or statements.
Is my only option to get the information I need to dig through emails??
Hello, @timothymozley.
The Intuit Order Status site is where you can get and print a copy of your QBO subscription receipt. Additionally, you also need to enter the required information for you to be verified and get the status of your subscription before you can print it.
In this case, since you don't have that information, I'd highly recommend contacting our Support Team. They have the tools that can securely verify your account and send a copy of your invoice/receipt for your QBO subscription.
Here's how to contact us:
