We send the subscription invoice to the master admin's email on file, Suzannecowan.
You can also find the billing statement inside the program. I'll walk you how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, click View payment history.
If you're unable to view them, you can get a copy by going to the Intuit Order Status site. This is a place where you can check and print your subscription receipt. I'll include the article for more information.
You can also get in touch with our customer care support, so an agent can send you a copy of your billing statement. Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter "Billing statement from Intuit" in the description page, then click Let's talk.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
