Where is a list of shortcuts for Quickbooks online?

Using keyboard shortcuts to speed up navigation within QuickBooks Online will work in the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer

• Firefox

• Chrome (except where noted)

To use the shortcuts keys in QuickBooks Online, just press CTRL and ALT or OPTION in your keyboard. Then the letters that are listed below. For example to open the invoice, press CTRL+ALT+I.

• Invoice- I

• Check- W

• Estimate- E

• Expense- X

• Receive Payment- R

• Customers- C

• Vendors- V

• Chart of Accounts- A

• Lists- L

• Help- H

• Search Transactions- F
