Currently, we have an on-going issue where users can't access the Chart of Accounts or either it loads a blank page. Rest assured, our engineers are all hands in working for a fix.
I encourage contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care so they can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email regarding the issue once updates become available.
To reach them, click Help (question mark icon) at the top right, then hit Contact us.
