Which QB version allows inventory management ? How do I know which version of QB I use ?

to answer your second question - not sure why intuit ignored it

If you have qty tracking in company settings, that turns on inventory, which means you have QBO Plus

you can also go to your account and the subscription information would state what version you are subscribed to
