Can you tell us the exact error message that you're getting about the downloading transactions from US Bank and Chase? I also checked our records and I can see that we have an open investigation for both banks in regards to not being able to download transactions in the Online Banking.
We also need to have you added in the list of affected users so we can send you an email as soon as the issue is resolved. Please contact our phone or chat support teams so they can ask for your account details and add you to the list.
They can also help you with the download issue with Amex Blue since all investigations related to this account is already closed.
