Why am I paying $17 per month for Intuit Quickbooks Self-Employed + Turbotax Self-Employed bundle and getting a 2nd bill for $15 for Quickbooks Self-Employed?

I'm here to point you in the right direction to take care of your billing concern, mrsdee24.

 

Since billing concerns require personal information, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They are equipped with tools that can securely look into your account and determine where this charge is coming from.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Assistant in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Message an agent or Get a callback.

 

Additionally, updating the billing and subscription information has been made easy for you with QuickBooks Self-Employed. To learn more about the process, please see this article: Make Changes to your Billing Info.
