Why are most recent invoices not showing up on list of invoices in desktop browser but ARE showing up in iOS app?

Hi @MarkElliott,

 

Let's go through a few steps to check as to why your recent invoices aren't showing up in your browser. 

 

I'd suggest checking the filters on the Invoice page of your QuickBooks Self-Employed company. Edit the Status and Date filters as necessary, so the recent invoices will show up. 

 

If the issue persists, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open your browser's private window. This isolates cache, which is the usual cause of unexpected behaviors on browsers. 
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  2. If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache
  3. if the issue persists, open an alternative browser available for you.

Thanks for your assistance, but it was just a dumb move on my part - I future dated them, making it necessary to eliminate all filters.  All good, got em.
