Why are my invoices being emailed automatically but too soon to complete?

I normally check the box "send later" but all of a sudden this month's invoices were automatically sent without proper review and approval.

Why are my invoices being emailed automatically but too soon to complete?

Hello there, @Wakepremier.

 

It's possible that you have created recurred invoices. The recurring invoice transactions may be damaged, so let’s try deleting and recreating them.

 

To delete: 

  1.  Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
  2.  Find the transaction or template you want to delete.
  3.  Choose Delete on the drop-down arrow under the Action column.

To create: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Invoice.
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Choose the types of payments that you accept under Online Payments.
  4. Select Make recurring

 

Once done, you can also delete and recreate the invoices. Let me show you how to do it.

  1. Go to Sales from the left panel. Then the Invoices tab.
  2. Select the invoice and click it to expand the page.
  3. Choose More button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Hit the Delete or Void.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.
