You can contact the Bill Pay Support Team and verify if there's a setting that needs to turn on so that the Bill Pay check number can be downloaded or if this feature is available. That way, we'll know why the check numbers aren't downloading with the rest of your transactions.
To reach them, click this link and select the Support tab: Online Bill Pay Support.

Thanks for the quick reply. I actually thought that I was in Help for our bank instead of for QuickBooks. Whoops! I was referring to Bill Pay at the bank's site, so the issue may not be on the QuickBooks side at all. Thanks!
