Why can't I access the bills and purchase order buttons under the Account and Settings > Expenses section while my subscription is under QB Plus?

Hi there, raul-reyes2006.

Since your subscription is under QuickBooks Plus and still not able to access the bills and purchase order buttons under the Account and Settings, I suggest logging in QuickBooks via a private browser to see if we get the same result. Doing so can help us determine if the problem is caused by temporary internet files and cache stored up in the system.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing this helps the browser to function more efficiently.

If it doesn't work, I suggest using a supported browser as an alternative.

Please check this article how purchase order works with vendor transactions, like expense, check, or bill in QuickBooks Online: Apply a purchase order to a vendor transaction.

Hi,

Thank you, the options worked the following day. I'm not sure why or how but they did.
