Most of the time, unusual behaviors in the mobile app are caused by a corrupted cache in the system. To isolate the issue, you can try clearing the accumulated app data. I'll show you how:

However, if the issue persists, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the application. Alternatively, you can sign in to your QuickBooks account through a web browser, then email the invoices from there.
