To help ensure that your client would be able to pay the invoice via their AMEX card, you'll need to set up the AMEX credit card to accept payment.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Payments account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Then click Account Profile.
  4. Click the Add American Express button.
  5. Select the Submit button to save.
