Welcome to the Community space, @jn0082. I understand the challenges you are facing with the new layout update.

As of the moment, QuickBooks is in the process of rolling out the new layout and will appreciate your patience and understanding in this.

To add this feature to the new layout, I suggest sending your valuable feedback to our product developers. By doing so, you can help us improve our services and make your experience with QuickBooks Online even better. To submit your request, follow the steps below:

For Android devices:

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Scroll down, and then choose Feedback under the Help section.
  4. Enter your feedback and product suggestions.
  5. Tap Send Feedback.

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select the All tab.
  2. Click Request a feature.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
  4. Tap Send Feedback.

Furthermore, you can also personalize your invoice templates while on the go.

Let me know if you have further queries about your invoices when using the mobile app. I'm here to provide assistance. Take care.

That is hugely presumptive!  Intuit has put the horse before the cart and released the new non-at-all-improved Invoices that are not at all even ready for Beta, much less ready to inflict on their paying customers. To say that they're trash insults trash.
