Thanks for posting in the Community, @ctichacek. I'm here to lend a hand with assigning Locations to transactions.
In this instance, I suggest first verifying that Location Tracking is enabled. Here's how you can check:
Click the Gear icon.
Select Account and Settings.
Select the Pencil icon in the Categories section.
Ensure that Track locations is enabled.

Should this option be enabled and you're still unable to assign a location, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. Temporary internet files and cache are stored in order to speed up loading times, but too much data can accumulate and cause unexpected behavior.
