/why did I receive a invoice for consultation?

Invoice came to my email.  I did not ask or receive any consultation.  When I tried to open the invoice it seemed like a scam so I deleted it.

There are many reasons in today's situation to be mindful of email that seems in any way suspicious. Some email messages might be phishing scams and might contain viruses and other malicious software. Additionally, I'd suggest reporting this to the Intuit Security team by sending an email to spoof@intuit.com. We have a team to investigate and look more into it to make sure this doesn't keep happening.
