Thank you for stopping by the Community this afternoon, without being able to take a dive into your account and see exactly why you're being charged what, I personally can't say for sure why your monthly charge was changed, however I know that often when people sign up for the QBO product, they are put on a special limited time deal at a lower rate for "x" amount of months. perhaps the promotional rate has ended. Also, I recommend reaching out to our support team, they will be able to dive into your specific account with you on the phone in a 1-on-1 setting to tell you exactly why you're charged $25.00. To reach them, follow these steps.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
