As much as I would love to get this handled directly, pulling up your account to check your billing history requires your personal information which I am unable to do in this public forum for security purposes. I recommend calling our QuickBooks Online Care Support. They have the tools to take a look at your account and provide you with further details. 


Here's how you can contact our phone support: 

  1. Go to:
  2. Select your payroll subscription.
  3. Click Payroll.
  4. Select View Contact Info
