Welcome, and thanks for posting in the Community. I can share information about letting your clients pay your QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoices online.
Payment processing is an add-on feature through QuickBooks Payments. If you already have a QuickBooks Payments account, you need to turn on the feature to allow customers to pay directly from an invoice.
Here's how to do it:
- In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
- Select Account and settings.
- Proceed to the Sales tab.
- Under Invoice payments, select the pencil icon ✎ and mark the checkbox for the payment options you want.
- When you’re finished, select Save.
