Why does it take so long for payments used via invoice feature in QuickBooks take so long to be put into my bank account???

It usually takes around 3 to 5 banking days before online payments are posted in your bank depending on your deposit speed. This only happens if you're just starting out since we still need to set up your account and succeeding transactions will deposited faster after your account is fully setup.

Follow these steps on how you can check your schedule in QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and settings.
2. Proceed to the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
