Let me help you go over to your inventory and have those numbers and accounts corrected.
QuickBooks Online will only rely on the transaction that you enter in QuickBooks. To find out all the transactions causing the discrepancy, let's try to pull up and run the Balance Sheet and Inventory Valuation Detail reports.
Click Reports in the left panel and search for Balance Sheet report.
Filter the Dates to All Dates and choose Accrual.
Click Reports in the left panel and search for Inventory Valuation Detail report.
Filter the Dates to All Dates.
Compare the two reports and look for these:
The two reports should be identical.
The differences will be at the bottom of the Transaction Detail report in a section titled No Item.
These transactions affect the Transaction Detail report but do not affect the Inventory Valuation Detail report.
If the root cause of the discrepancy is not in the No Item section, then compare the two reports line by line to find the discrepancy.
