Why does QB include a "teletype" version of the invoice along with the PDF version when I email an invoice?

Hi there, userjenmatth. 

 

Thank you for stopping by the Community this afternoon.When you refer to teletype, do you mean the text that is based within the body of the email being sent out? If so you can change what the customer sees by changing the customer message. This article highlights how to change the greeting, how to send a global message update as well as how to print a message on a statement.
