Why i got charge $150 this month if my monthly bill is $45.00?

Let's find out why you were charged higher than the usual, contact106.

It's possible that at the time you signed up for QuickBooks Online (QBO) you were given discounts that you can enjoy for a period of time. After this expires, your subscription rate goes back to its' regular rate. You can check out your subscription rate and charges, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings
  2. Click Billing Subscription

Also, other possible reasons why your rate is higher than you expected.

  • You are currently using Payroll.
  • Sales tax is added to the base subscription price.
  • You recently upgraded from Simple Start/Simple Start to Essentials, or from Essentials to Plus.

However, if you didn't get any of those possible reasons above, I suggest contacting our support team so they'll be able to check the specific charge in your account. They also have the tools to pull up your account securely.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

I've added this link in case you have other concerns about QuickBooks: Account Management.

Fill me in if you need anything else. I'd be happy to help.
