Emails sent from QuickBooks Online are sent right away, the customer should receive as a normal as they would if you emailed them outside of the program. If you're having some delayed issues, it could be for the following reasons:
- You recently imported data from QuickBooks Desktop.
- The emails could be going into your customer's junk/spam folder.
- You may need the hostnames and IP addresses added to your outgoing mail servers.
