Login as Primary Admin and navigate to your Billing and Subscription menu. Check what your plan is now.

There are several reasons the amount of your monthly subscription raises. Either you subscribed to payroll or you had a promotional discount that has expired. Subscribing to payroll has an additional charge since it is an add-on service. You can check our products and pricing through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

 

Also, you can review your subscription rates and charges within your account. These are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing Subscription.
  3. Click View Payment History.

If you still want to talk to one of our support, you can reach them by arranging a callback or through chat. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and check this charge. 

 

You can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.

It’s impossible!  I’ve been trying to talk to someone to link my credit card to get an actual paid subscription!  I love the platform but hate the customer service. Arghhhh!
