Why is QB Online undependable; from 5pm til now, 11:39pm I have been trying to write 7 checks so why can't I; why were multiple attempts to sign in useless?

What is this error message c72.qbo.intuit.com can't be found; c72.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage?  What is http error 404?  Why am I so frustrated with this product which I have been forced to use for the last few years?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

The errors indicate that the URL or its content is deleted or moved. They’re also some of the common sign-in issues in QBO.

  1. Check if your computer meets the system requirements including your browser. This is to prevent unexpected behavior when using it.
  2. JavaScript and pop-ups are some of the browser settings QuickBooks Online needs to load its pages. Make sure they’re turned on.


Next, log in to your QuickBooks. If you get the same result, clear your browser’s cache and cookies to delete all the junk files. This will help the browser to function efficiently.
