It could be that a certain filter was applied to that register that's why the entries weren't arranged by date. We can open your Chart of Accounts and reset the filters. Then, select the Sort icon (beside the Date header) to switch between ascending or descending order. I'll show you how:
- Select the Accounting from the sidebar.
- Find and select the account history you want to open.
- Click the Review register from the Action column.
- Select the Funnel icon, then choose Reset.
- Click the Sort icon (beside the Date column)
- In the Date header, select the Sort icon to order the transactions by date.
