Within the phone app - While entering new expenses, my list of vendors and accounts will only partially show up. The lists show up fine on the web app.

It's so great to see you back in the Community. I can help you get the whole list of vendors and accounts on an expense in your QuickBooks Online mobile app. 

 

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps so you're able to review the whole list: 

 

  • Ensure the app is up-to-date. 
  • Sign out and then back into the QBO account. 
  • Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. 

 

If the problem still persists, come back and let me know. It's my priority that you're able to pick a vendor and account out of the whole list. I'll be waiting for your response!
