You can reach out to us anytime while our live support team is unavailable since they have specific operating hours. For Essentials and Simple Start users, it's Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Finally, Advanced plan support is available anytime, any day.

every things you said is false and a lie and you actually supported what I said. first what features? there is no features. you can not even auto save a invoice undo a invoice or even see how much you made in one month. are you kidding me?

 

support is only for people who pay quickbooks a absurd amount of money

 

 

I have no money!!!!

 

I desperately need my quickbooks turned back on for 5 minutes so I can send my invoices to get money to in turn pay you!!!!

 

I have bleed my money to quickbooks for 3 years and it has done zero to help me in any way. it causes 10x more issues than I need

 

I might file a lawsuit for how asinine your answer was

The concerns mentioned are all valid, and I hear you, Christopher. 

 

The main reason why we can't auto-save invoices is that QuickBooks is making sure your records are accurate. That said, every transaction you do needs you to save and close every time you create them.  Also, you can run a specific report to see how much you made in a month and track your business profit or loss. 

 

On the other hand, if you have a specific feature that you want to add in future enhancements, I suggest submitting feedback to our Product Engineering team. They will carefully review your feedback and identify areas that require improvements.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Feedback under Profile.
  4. Share your feedback.
  5. Click Next to submit.
