Hello there, kulsondesign,

 

We're unable to check your account here in the Community. I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks support. They have the tools to check the charges made from your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter overcharge, then, click Next.
  4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
