Where do I find the General Ledger Report?

The General Ledger report lists every transaction from all your accounts for a specific time period. You can find this report in any version of QuickBooks Online.
When you run this report, you can change the data by choosing a cash or accrual basis and choosing specific accounts to include. The report covers various account types, including:
- Cash
- Accounts Receivable
- Equity
- Undeposited Funds
How to find and run the General Ledger Report
- Go to Reports
and select Standard reports (Take me there). - From the For My Accountant section, select General Ledger.
- Select the date range, and select your accounting method: Cash or Accrual.
- Select Run Report to generate the report.
