Problems connecting my CitiBank account

Some CitiBank customers are having difficulties finding the correct account names to create links for bank feeds.

CitiBank recently made some changes to how some of their accounts connect to QuickBooks Online. Because of that, your previous connections may not be working or you may not be able to locate your account to create a new connection.
