What is the Intuit Originating or ACH ID?

Learn about Originating or ACH IDs required by financial institutions to authorize Intuit to debit your account for payroll.

Originating or ACH ID identifies the institution attempting to withdraw money from your bank account. If your bank doesn't have an Originating or ACH ID (of the institution) on record, your account will not be debited to prevent fraud and unauthorized withdrawals.

To prevent debits for Intuit from failing, you must inform your financial institution of Intuit's Originating or ACH ID.

Note: It can take 3 to 5 banking days for your financial institution to update their system.
